Cranberry Walnut Cheese Log Recipe

I’M NOT SURE WHEN CHARCUTERIE BOARDS became so popular, but no matter what time of year it is, I’m here for it. Especially when cheese, crackers, and summer sausage have always been my snack-time jam. This cranberry walnut cheese log adds a little sweetness to the savory layout of any charcuterie board or appetizer plate. Which is never a bad thing when you’re looking for the perfect snack. It’s great for a movie night, game night, or any time you want an easy, go-to recipe to make you and your guests happy.

Whether you’re the queen of charcuterie or the appetizer boss, this recipe will have people cheering for more.

Cranberry Walnut Cheese Log

The Process

  • In a medium bowl, combine the chèvre cheese, feta cheese, and the chopped rosemary leaves with a ½ cup of cranberries.
  • Cover and chill the mixture for at least 2 hours. Once chilled, remove it from the fridge and shape into a log.
  • On a piece of parchment paper, sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cranberries and ½ cup chopped walnuts.
  • Roll the cheese log over the mixture until it’s well-coated.
  • Place the cheese log on a server platter or charcuterie board and drizzle it with honey.

Serve it with crackers, graham crackers, or shortbread cookies
