Life With Goats: The Goat Show

I had a lovely dairy goat
And took her to a show,
The finest lady dairy goat
That I did ever know!
The judge, he felt her ribs
And checked for dairyness.
He compared her with the others
And moved us up a place.
Walk around, walk around
And Bo-Peep won the blue.
We walked around the ring once more
And earned a grand champ too!
So, if you have a dairy goat
That you’re sure is very nice,
Take her to the county fair,
That is my good advice,
And with your head held high,
Walk around that ring
If your luck is with you
A blue ribbon, home she’ll bring!
